The delegation was represented by the Head of Unit for International Cooperation of the Ministry of Innovation, Science and Research of the German State of North Rhine-Westphalia – Heidi Cordier and the representative of the Ministry of Innovation, Science and Research of the German State of North Rhine-Westphalia – Katsiaryna Karpushenkova. The representatives of the delegation met with the students of the Faculty of Polymers. Heidi Cordier made a speech to the audience where she outlined the role of North Rhine-Westphalia region in collaboration development. The meeting was devoted to awarding the students with certificates for volunteering in the lectures of the Honorary doctor of KNRTU – Professor Michael Droescher (manager of the chemistry cluster in North Rhine-Westphalia), during the course on petrochemistry which was held at KNRTU on October 2017. The delegates discussed the issues of cooperation with the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs – Dr. Alexey Burmistrov and showed the presentation about the priority fields of development of North Rhine-Westphalia region.
