The grand opening of the educational program "Time for the Young" took place at the Kazan National Research Technological University. Already at the start, the project brought together more than 260 active students of 2-4 year who are ready to develop leadership skills and scientific potential.

"The program is aimed at mastering modern leadership tools and unlocking the professional talents of students," said Denis Tuntsev, Head of the Department of Chemical Cybernetics.

According to him, the participants will be able to apply the acquired knowledge to implement the strategic objectives of the university. The educational process includes various work formats - lectures, workshops and practical trainings held by experienced professors and invited experts.

A special feature of the program is its complex structure, which includes five interrelated areas. After selecting the most promising students, work begins on popularizing scientific activities. Participants will gain practical skills in creating research projects, designing articles and patents, and preparing grant applications.

The program will end with a public defense of the developed projects, which will be evaluated by both representatives of the academic community and specialists from the real sector of the economy. This approach will ensure a comprehensive assessment and practical significance of student developments. The "Time of the Young" program opens up new opportunities for the professional growth of KNRTU students and the strengthening of the university's scientific potential.
