The main goals of DTC are:

• modernizing research methodology;
• organizing courses for soft and research skills development;
• developing student-centered learning approaches;
• encouraging research commercialization and high impact publications;
• strengthening international academic mobility exchanges;
• targeting at sustainable development.

DTC aims:

• to implement the course “Project writing, project management, and funding sources” as a module for doctoral programs
• to adapt the hard skills courses for all chemical engineering doctoral programs
• to adapt the soft skills courses for all doctoral programs at the university
• to scale up the project by
1. including into “Priority 2030” a larger center for doctoral students and young scientists;
2. applying for support of Gazprom for short courses;
• to continue cooperation with MODEST partners in other projects.
