15 KNRTU students completed internship at Tolyattikauchuk LLC within More than Job project.

The program of practical training was held for chemistry students in Samara at the territory of petrochemical complex.

The internship was organized by the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh) in accordance with the Rosmolodezh.Career and Russia – Country of Opportunities Autonomous Nonprofit Organization.

“I would like to highlight the students’ interest. I see their level of knowledge on the questions they ask at the department. Thanks to the More than Job project the number of our universities has expanded, and the process of students involvement has become easier and more productive”, – mentioned Alyona Soldatova, the Leading Specialist in Recruiting of Personnel of the Department of Selection, Training and Development of Personnel of Tolyattikauchuk LLC.

Students were amazed by the scale of industrial site and the gigantic sizes of the columns. “Surprisingly how everything is connected and how thoughtfully it functions. Enterprise specialists were kind and friendly. There were a lot of activities for young people. I think it is interesting for young people to work here.” – said Yaroslava Korepanova, a fourth-year student of KNRTU.

The More than Job project was launched in June, 2022. It is a part of the More than a Journey project and solves the problem of young specialists’ employment. Its participants are able to travel around the country, as well as to take industrial internship or internship program at enterprises with the further possibility of employment and master the skills and knowledge which are required for work.
