From November 22nd till 28th, within the framework of the Algarysh grant program, Anna Ebel, Head of the Department of Educational Programs at KNRTU, together with Anna Sukhristina, Head of the International Affairs at KNRTU got acquainted with the scientific-research and educational infrastructure of the National Polytechnic University of Armenia. The members of the project group participated in a number of a business meetings on the development of international cooperation between universities in the framework of grant and exchange programmes.

Ruben Aghgashyan, Director of Digital Technologies R&D Center and member of CIS Network University Coordinating Council, conducted a series of seminars for the project group on Attracting Resources of International Consortia in Research and Education. This visit allowed to form the basic guidelines for improving of educational process, including the development of academic exchange through participation in grant competitions and joint researches, the organization of cooperation within the CIS Network University and the development of a joint master’s degree program in chemical technology.

Also, together with the director of the Center for Continuing Education and Lecturers Professional Development, Artur Zaprosyan, the potential for full-time and part-time internships for KNRTU lecturers was assessed.

Publications, internships, as well as the invitations of leading scientists and professors from the National Polytechnic University of Armenia to KNRTU will be an excellent way to develop cooperation in terms of research activities.
