KNRTU LYCEUM STUDENTS VISIT A COFFEE MANUFACTURER

Institute of Food Production and Bioengineering of KNRTU organized an excursion with the details of coffee production for the students of the Lyceum for Gifted Children.

“Also, employees from Botanica Coffee Roasters company conducted a professional degustation of 7 kinds of coffee beans grown in different countries,” says Guzel Davletshina, the Chair of KNRTU Food Engineering of Small Enterprises Department.

In addition to that, students had a chance to see the whole process of roasting coffee beans, as well as to participate in this process, which caused a sea of emotions and impressions.

“Company’s employees are true masters of their craft! They were able to tell us about such a complex process in a fascinating and easy-to-understand way,” – the students shared their impressions about the excursion.
