A meeting was held at KNRTU between students of chemical specialties and representatives of LLK-International LLC. This is a subsidiary company of the LUKOIL Group and one of the leading manufacturers of oils, lubricants and other technical fluids.

Evgenia Lavreniuk, Senior Manager of Recruitment, Assessment and Development, presented the Perspective-2023 program to the students. Thanks to a leadership program, young talents of the leading universities in LLK-International and finalists receive a job offer. Also, students in their final year can take pre-graduation internships at Lukoil's Russian sites.

Anastasia Razina, Manager of Product Management Department of LLK-International LLC, told the students about the company's production sites, where the full production cycle is located, from research work to the finished product supply.

At the end of the meeting, the company's representatives conducted an online quiz for the students, and the most active received valuable prizes.

“Such meetings are always extremely valuable for the students. They motivate and inspire students, and also helps them to find a good internship,” – said one of the meeting participants.
