Upon the invitation of colleagues, the staff of the Engineering Ecology Department of KNRTU visited the Naberezhnye Chelny branch of Kazan Federal University (KFU).

The main event of the meeting was the participation in the International Scientific and Practical Conference on the topic of Large Systems: Sustainability and Safety in the Modern World, where KNRTU Associate Professors made speeches on special waste recycling and membrane wastewater treatment, and participated in discussions, as well as familiarized themselves with the developments of colleagues.

Gennadiy Mavrin, Head of the Department of Chemistry and Ecology at KFU, gave an informative tour of the Engineering Center and showed the branded laboratories, 3D printers and exclusive analytical equipment, which have been used for many years in joint research projects published in journals from the Web of Science and Scopus lists.

According to Vladislav Dryakhlov, Associate Professor of the Engineering Ecology Department of KNRTU, the achieved results are a reliable basis for strengthening mutually beneficial relations.
