According to the results of the recent state monitoring “Work in Russia”, the employment rate of KNRTU graduates exceeded 85% – this is the maximum value among the universities of Tatarstan.

“Our graduates have no problems with employment. In the KNRTU Career Centre’s Telegram channel, employers wait several days to publish their vacancies because of the large number of offers. It is easy to find an attractive offer in your speciality, even while you are still a student”, – commented Dilbar Sh. Sultanova, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs.

KNRTU regularly organizes meetings between students and representatives of industrial companies that are the future employers of students.

“Open vacancies are discussed at these career events, companies talk about their requirements for young specialists and the social support programs for young people. Industry leaders, such as Tatneft and Gazprom, organize specialized days at KNRTU. SIBUR organized a festival for our university. SIBUR Fest included lectures for students, HeadTalk with top managers, quests and other activities”, – said Anna A. Alekseeva, Head of the Career Development Department at KNRTU.

Large industrial enterprises start inviting the best students of KNRTU from the 3rd year of their studies: first for industrial practice, then for employment.
