Scientific supervisor of the Leaders School – Personnel Reserve of KNRTU Project, Associate Professor of the Department of Innovative Entrepreneurship, Legal Studies and Financial Management, a well-known in Russia expert in the field of project and change management Zulfiya K. Kadeeva became a participant of the international flow of the Woman-Leader Program.

The Woman-Leader Program is being implemented by the Senezh Management Workshop of the presidential platform Russia – the Land of Opportunities together with the Council of the Eurasian Women’s Forum under the Federation Council of Russia since autumn 2020. It is aimed at creating a community of successful women, supporting and developing social, administrative and leadership activities, as well as professional and personal growth of talented women.

The program will last 4 months in hybrid (online and full-time) format and will end in November 2023. 175 women from 22 countries (Russia, Belarus, Brasilia, Great Britain, Germany, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Cambodia, China, Nicaragua, France, etc.) are participating in the new international flow. This year, the priority area of the program will be social design. Projects created by the participants will be focused on solving socially significant issues in different spheres of life.
