Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov presented state awards of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan on the eve of the Republic Day. The ceremony was held in the Kazan Kremlin.

Among the awardees is the Director of the Institute of Polymers, Head of the Department of Plastics Technology of KNRTU, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Oleg V. Stoyanov. He was awarded the title Honored Worker of Higher Education of the Russian Federation.
