The Belt & Road International Forum was held in China last week.

The Forum was organized on the basis of Beijing University of Chemical Technology (BUCT) – a long-term partner of KNRTU. The participants of the event shared experience and knowledge for the development in the field of global cooperation in education and research. KNRTU Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Prof. Dilbar Sultanova took part in the Forum. She made a report on Educational Projects with Industrial Partners and shared with participants the experience of cooperation between our university and large industrial companies.

"We are proud of our cooperation with BUCT. Thanks to the joint Double Degree Program we will be able to provide training of highly qualified specialists for such large companies as SIBUR in Russia and Sinopec in China," said Dilbar Sultanova.

During the Forum KNRTU and BUCT signed an agreement to expand the Double Degree Program and include a new major in Digital Methods in Polymer and Composite Materials Processing.
