JSC Vacuummash, Russia’s largest vacuum equipment manufacturer, begins reconstruction of the vacuum pumps laboratory at the Department of Vacuum Engineering of Kazan National Research Technological University. The Department of Vacuum Engineering is one of the centers of training of domestic engineers in the field of vacuum and compressor machines and units for various branches of science and production.

By the end of 2024. it is planned to renovate and construct new stands, vacuum pumps and devices to be used by students in laboratory work, said Aleksey V. Burmistrov, Director of the Institute of Mechanical Engineering for Chemical and Petrochemical Industry.

The creation of modern laboratory facilities will allow the university to raise the training of future specialists to a new level, and for JSC Vacuummash it will allow to get qualified young employees who are already well acquainted with the equipment produced at the plant.

Also, the company's employees will undergo training as part of their professional development in the new laboratory.
