On May 25, a group of KNRTU students successfully completed an online interview with Beijing University of Chemical Technology professors. This autumn, the students will go to Beijing to study under the 2+2 double degree program.

Professors and associate professors of the relevant faculties, as well as the coordinator of the double degree program, Wang Zhiyu, held the interview from the Beijing University of Chemical Technology.

The head of the Department of International Activities Leysan Ziganshina, Head of the Physical and Colloidal Chemistry department Artem Bezrukov, associate professors Gulnaz Fakhretdinova, Maria Sayfutdinova (coordinator of the Chemical Engineering program) and Evgenia Starovoitova (coordinator of the Mechanical Engineering program) took part in the interview from KNRTU.

The interview was conducted in English, the students talked about our university and their field of study, about Kazan, about their scientific and professional interests, explained why they decided to participate in the selection for the double degree program at BUCT, and why China is interesting to them. The Chinese colleagues asked the students a lot of questions about their motivation to participate in the program, about their studies and favouirite courses, laboratory and practical works.

The students who have passed the interview will begin their studies at the Beijing University of Chemical Technology in September. The double degree program is implemented for KNRTU students studying in the majorsof 18.03.01 – "Chemical Technology" and 15.03.02 – "Technological machines and equipment".
