KNRTU representatives participated in the educational program “Target Funds: Organizational Sustainability,” which focused on the development of endowment funds. Our university was represented by Dilbar Sh. Sultanova, Vice‑Rector for Academic Affairs; Yulia N. Ziyatdinova, Director of the Institute of Additional Professional Education; and Alina A. Abrzhina, Head of the Integration Department.

The intensive was organized by the Vladimir Potanin Charitable Foundation and the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg State University.

“Over the course of three days, we studied issues related to organizational design, budgeting, and building sustainable teams.” The program included practical sessions with analysis of real cases. A separate section was devoted to personnel issues — forming a team for a specialized fund and the specifics of attracting specialists to the non‑profit sector,” said Dilbar Sh. Sultanova.
