Master's educational program of the Commonwealth of Independent States Network University in the direction of “Biotechnology” (19.04.01 “Biotechnology of food production”) is an educational program jointly organized and implemented with Auezov University (Shymkent, Republic of Kazakhstan).

Within the framework of this program students study at KNRTU and Auezov University, and at the end of their studies they receive diplomas of both universities.
