ANNA A. STARODUBOVA




 

Anna Starodubova graduated from Kazan State Technological University in 2004 and received his PhD in 2010 at the same university. His major study area was chemical engineering. Her PhD research was focused on economic and administrative aspects of industrial companies.

Dr. Anna Starodubova is now an Associate Professor at Department of Innovations in Chemical Engineering. Her research interests are in the study of innovative activity of chemical industry enterprises in national, global and European Union markets (factors and methods of assessment; classification of enterprises and technology transfer; role of small and medium size businesses and their collaboration with government and research centers, foresight into polymer import and export). Dr. Starodubova has experience in inspiring schoolchildren, prospective students, into studies in innovative entrepreneurship.

In her Jean Monnet module role, she gives lectures and seminars in the EU Quality Standards and Environmental Regulations to provide students with understanding how European Union addresses current global issues in technology development and sustainability to impel industry out of its potentially non-green or human-unfriendly framework.
