KNRTU LECTURERS LOOK HOW OUR GRADUATES GROW UP AT WORK

05.05.2023

Employees of the Departments of Food Biotechnology and Food Engineering at Small Enterprises of KNRTU visited the production facilities of the Russian brewing company AB InBev Efes. The visit was not a coincidence: our graduates make up a large share of the company’s employees.

“It’s great to see how former students climb the career ladder, realizing the skills acquired at the Institute of Food Engineering and Biotechnology in their specialty,” commented Guzel A. Davletshina, Head of the Department of Food Engineering at Small Enterprises of KNRTU.

One of these young specialists is Sergey Egorov. In 2014 he graduated and started working as an operator in the Efes wort production line.

“While still studying at university, Sergey had the qualities of a responsible, curious, persistent and goal-oriented person. During eight years of successful work at the factory, Sergey became a top manager and today he fully supervises the wort production process. The time has come when Sergey himself can professionally demonstrate and teach the nuances of brewing to his lecturers” – says Guzel A. Davletshina.
