MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS
Azat V. Bilalov is an expert at the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (RFBR) in the areas of nanostructures and clusters, supramolecular chemistry, and colloid systems (http://www.rfbr.ru/). He contributes substantially to PhD and postdoctoral projects, which had been initiated within the various European research programs: from 2002 periodically worked as a post-doctoral fellow at the Division of Physical Chemistry at Lund University, Sweden (DNA-lipid systems); periodically worked as visiting scientist at the department of Physical Chemistry, University of Paderborn, Germany (synthesis of silver particles with bio-functional surface).
Azat V. Bilalov is a member of the European Colloid and Interface Society (ECIS).
He authored several papers in peer-refereed academic journals, including Soft Matter, Phys. Chem. Chem. Phys., J. Phys. Chem. B, J. Colloid Interface Sci., Langmuir. His Hirsch index is 11.
