Acceptance of applications for participation in the DOBRO&LUBOV International Youth Mobile Film Festival has begun. This festival brings together creative young people from all over the world who shoot kind and positive videos with their mobile phones. This festival is a launching pad for thousands of talented videographers from Russia and abroad. Participants should be students of a higher educational institution from Russia and abroad, who are not older than 30 years old. Applications for participation are accepted until October 31, 2020 via the form on the website.
