Dear first-year applicants!
Please read the attached documents carefully. It contains important information regarding the start of classes and the rules for organizing them, taking into account the restrictions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

1. All classes are conducted in accordance with the approved schedule.
2. The beginning of classes for full-time and part-time students 09/02/2020.
3. The beginning of classes for first-year students of the correspondence course (orientation session) 09/28/2020. Second-year and older students have a session in January 2021.
4. Lecture-type classes for full-time and part-time students are held in classrooms in groups of up to 50 people. If the number of students in the cohort exceeds 50 people, then lecture-type classes are conducted online. Practical and laboratory work is carried out in regular format.
5. Foreign students who are out of the Russian Federation by the time when the classes start will be trained using distance-learning technologies in accordance with the curriculum and the main educational program.
6. Foreign students, who entered the Russian Federation after August 15, are sent to the isolation ward and subject to the PCR test for COVID-19 before moving into the dormitory.
7. Foreign students are allowed to the educational process after 14 days (from the date of entry into the Russian Federation) isolation and a PCR test for COVID-19.
8. Thermometry for students, teaching staff and staff is carried out at least 2 times a day: at the entrance to educational buildings and after 4 hours of classes. Persons with signs of infectious diseases (fever, cough, runny nose) are not admitted to KNRTU.
9. Persons with signs of infectious diseases detected during the day are immediately isolated until the arrival of an ambulance (emergency) medical care.
10. Classes are conducted maintaining social distance between students; classrooms should be aired during breaks. At the end of the educational process and during breaks, all contact surfaces (door handles, switches, handrails, table surfaces, etc.) are treated with disinfectants at least once every 4 hours.
11. Crowding of students is not allowed (including in halls, corridors, at the entrance to the classroom).
12. The social distance must be at least 1.5 m.
13. Physical education classes are held outdoors as much as possible, taking into account weather conditions.
14. In closed facilities, physical education classes are carried out taking into account the time separation of different educational groups.
15. It is forbidden to eat in classrooms, at workplaces. Use special rooms (dining rooms) equipped with a sink for washing hands and a dispenser for treating hands with a skin antiseptic.
