For the second year in a row, the International Professional Competition for teachers at all levels of education is held in the Russian Federation. It is mainly aimed at the university and secondary professional education institutions professors, as well as at school teachers.

The purpose of the competition is to contribute to the compilation and dissemination of advanced pedagogical experience and the best pedagogical practices, as well as to the professional development of pedagogical staff.

The main selection criteria are relevance and novelty in methods of teaching disciplines at different levels.

According to the results of the competition, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor at the KNRTU Department of Physics Asiya Sadykova was awarded the nomination “Innovative technology in teaching” and won the title “Teacher of the Year 2021”. She conducted research on the topic “Development of the 21st century skills among junior students of technical university when studying physics. Bilingualism and elements of digitalization”.
