The south of Russia welcomed KNRTU students at the height of the summer season: clear sky, burning sun and refreshing sea - just what students need after an eventful academic year, difficult exams and practice. The students visited the Novorossiysk embankment, the Сruiser “Mikhail Kutuzov” and the village of Abrau-Dyurso with one of the most picturesque places in Russia - Lake Abrau.

“The lake holds a special place in my heart. The legend of its origins and, of course, the magnificent views from both the water and the shore are especially fascinating", said Aliya Karimova, Chairperson of the Coordinating Council of Students.

Another one excursion day students spent in Kabardinka. They visited the Old Park, got acquainted with the architecture from Egyptian pyramid to modernism and swam on the pebble beach.

The educational program included master classes, group work on topics and practice of the acquired skills. Alfis Sabirov spoke about social projecting and developed a game in which participants honed their skills in writing project stages. Bulat Timurshin disclosed the topic of corporate culture, whether it was a student council, a creative team or a sports club. The participants outlined the values of their team, the rules of eco-friendly communication and external positioning.

"The first and main result of our work is interaction with new people, student self-government bodies, with whom there was no communication before", Bulat Timurshin said.

The camp included competitions in volleyball, basketball, football and stretching classes. Liliana Muratova gave a lecture on style and a master class on customisation, where the children could paint their T-shirts.
