Lecturers of the Institute of Light Industry, Fashion and Design of KNRTU completed an internship at the Institute of Technology of the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov under the grant of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan “Algarysh”.

Prof. Albina Azanova, Chair of the Department of Light Industry Technology and Materials, as well as Associate Professors of the same department Alexandra Sukhova and Lucia Khisamieva got acquainted with the educational and scientific and production facilities of the Institute's departments, technical equipment and educational technologies of the center of digital environment FabLab Bishkek, training center of light industry “Industry of Personnel”; visited the dynamically developing sewing enterprises Bilal Kids, Baziko Style, Aktis with modern equipment and automated clothing production lines.

The issues of cooperation in the scientific directions of the departments of the Institute of Technology of the Kyrgyz State Technical University and the Institute of Light Industry, Fashion and Design of KNRTU, cooperation in the field of methodological work and joint publications, the development and implementation of a joint network educational program of Master's degree, the implementation of academic mobility programs for students, the possibility of internships for lecturers of the Kyrgyz State Technical University were discussed at the meetings.

- The light industry is a budget-forming industry for Kyrgyzstan, and the Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov trains highly qualified specialists for the industry, working very closely with the enterprises. For us on this trip we were interested in the technical infrastructure of large garment factories, the organization of conveyor flows, and, of course, the experience of colleagues in training specialists for the industry and the development of modern industrial technologies of clothing. We have outlined plans for cooperation in various areas and believe that our cooperation will be successful, - Albina Azanova commented on the results of the internship.
