Young Lecturers of KNRTU Associate Professor of the Department of Technology of Chemical and Natural Fibers and Articles Alina Ibatullina, Associate Professor of the Department Analytical Chemistry, Certification and Quality Management Alina Khairullina, Associate Professor of the Department of Physics Guliya Nizameeva took part in the educational event “Geniuses Together: About Education” from the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization “Russia - a Country of Opportunities” within the project “Love. Create. Inspire”.

“Geniuses Together: About Education” is a three-day event for young lecturers who want to make useful contacts, learn about best practices and methodologies in education and recharge their motivation for the academic year.

On the first day, the participants had a seminar with guest speakers, where they discussed exciting issues, talked about the values, meanings and prospects of education, and attended meetings with Albert Gilmutdinov, Aide to the Rais (Head) of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Dmitry Kuznetsov, a Material Scientist. The next two days were filled with fascinating lectures, master classes and discussions. For example, a training on schematization, a training on creative thinking and an art-quiz were organized for lecturers. The results of the session were team solutions to the most important problems in the field of education, which were presented to the Minister of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan Rinat Sadykov. At the end of the event, the most active participants received memorable gifts and prizes.

“Cool speakers, warm atmosphere, a lot of new insights, endless positive emotions and creativity, as well as the highest level of project organization - this is how I can characterize the session of Geniuses Together: About Education. Such sessions are undoubtedly useful for our Republic and society as a whole, as well as for an individual. Any complexity and challenge is a possible point of growth, and proper organization of such communities is a great platform for active and proactive young people who want to make life better,” said Alina Ibatullina.
