"M&Bt — Bubble Yogurt" — a probiotic yogurt with fruit-and-berry bubbles developed by a team of students and postgraduates from the Department of Industrial Biotechnology of KNRTU – entered the top 10 best innovative dairy products to participate in the final of the International Business Incubator "Collab 2K24" organized by the company VkusVill. At the final held on December 24th, the KNRTU product took first place in the dairy track and won a special prize from the project partner — JSC Zelenodolsk Dairy Processing Plant.
Postgraduate student Kamila Kazimova, along with Masters Degree students Alexandra Chernikova, Alevtina Shulnikova, and Arina Sharipova, presented a product that stands out for its high nutritional value, attractive organoleptic properties, and aligns with the dietary preferences of modern youth. The team's scientific advisor is Yulia Shcherbakova, Associate Professor of the Department of Industrial Biotechnology and Candidate of Biological Sciences.
The final round took place at the "Lomonosov" cluster, which is part of the Moscow State University's Innovation Science and Technology Center "Vorobyovy Gory".. It should be noted that teams from ITMO University and ROSBIOTECH with projects involving high-protein yogurts also competed for places in the dairy track.
The product that earned the trust and high praise of VkusVill experts is expected to appear on the shelves of stores within the Federal Network.
