KNRTU Associate Professor Zulfiya Kadeeva, a member of the Elbrus Russian Leaders Club participated in regional communities’ development educational program which was held from August 1 to 3 at the Mashuk Knowledge Center in Pyatigorsk.

This year, about 180 Russian leaders from different parts of the country gathered at the meeting of regional communities to participate in a rich program of expert sessions, lectures, master classes and, of course, the exchange of experience and best leadership practices.

Zulfiya Kadeeva is an associate professor at the Department of Innovative Entrepreneurship, Law and Financial Management at KNRTU, a member of the Elbrus Club community in Tatarstan, a participant of Russia Leaders and Woman Leader contests (projects of the Russia – Land of Opportunities platform). At our university, Zulfiya Kayumovna was the supervisor of two seasons of the project "School of Leaders – KNRTU Personnel Reserve".

According to the meeting participants, these were unforgettable moments of communication, inspiration and the power of unity of active members of the Elbrus community from different parts of our country. All of them are united by the main thing – service to the country.

About the club of Leaders of Russia "Elbrus"

On behalf of the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, ANO “Russia opportunity country” is holding the Leaders of Russia management competition in order to identify, develop and support promising managers with a high level of leadership qualities and professional competencies. In just 7 years, more than 1 million people have applied to participate in the competition.

In the fall of 2018, the winners and finalists of the competition joined the Elbrus Club of Russian Leaders. At the moment, the Club has 707 members and more than 2,500 active community members – graduates of the Leaders of Russia management competition. Over the past 7 years, the Club has implemented many socially significant projects, involving more than 500,000 people across Russia.
