On November 15-17, 2017, Director of the Institute of Endocrinology and Metabolism of Assuta Hospital – Doctor Shmuel Levit will give his lecture course for students and faculty at KNRTU. Doctor Shmuel Levit is a highly-qualified endocrinologist with many years of experience. He is a well-known expert in diabetes treatment. He contributes in implementing and promoting recent methods of diabetes treatment, including the innovative method of insulin pumps. Doctor Shmuel Levit is an author of the numerous monographs, papers and textbooks on medicine. He gives lectures on endocrinology in the framework of advanced courses for medical community in Israel and abroad. Shmuel Levit is a creator and lecturer of professional training courses for diabetes treatment experts; he is the head of a number of specialized medical centers in Israel. Diabetes Treatment Center and Thyroid Treatment Institute are among them. For endocrine diseases treatment Shmuel Levit uses innovative methods and technologies as well as experimental methods.
