On 31 May, the online conference Joint Training of Young Talents between China and Russia was held at the Research Centre for Innovative Education at Xi'an Jiaotong University. The topic of the discussion was the opportunities to receive Russian higher education for Chinese students.

More than 80 schools and partners from China were invited to participate in the conference. The Russian side along with KNRTU was represented by KFU, HSE, BSITU and others.

Regina Verderevskaya, Head of the Protocol Office of International Affairs, gave a presentation on KNRTU and spoke about a project currently underway with the Beijing University of Chemical Technology (China).

Participation in such events is always a great opportunity to promote the university in the international arena, establish new partnerships and attract foreign applicants to KNRTU.
