History

The Department was established in 1969 under the leadership of Associate Professor Shamil G. Enikeev.

Academics

The Department offers the following educational programs:

Bachelor's Degree Program:

• 18.03.02 Energy- and Resource Saving Processes in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemistry and Biotechnology (Rational Use of Material and Energy Resources)

Master's Degree Programs:

19.04.01 Biotechnology in the following fields:

• IT Product Management;
• Bioenergy Technologies and Quality Assessment of Biomaterials.

Postgraduate Programs:

• 4.3.1 Technologies, Machines and Equipment for Agro-Industrial Complex;
• 4.3.4 Technologies, Machines and Equipment for Forestry and Wood Processing;
• 1.5.6 Biotechnology.
