For many years, Dr. Phillip Sanger has been a professor in the School of Engineering Technology in the Purdue Polytechnic Institute at Purdue University, USA and a dear friend of our University. Dr. Sanger made many prior visits to KNRTU sharing his excellence in research and project management with students and faculty.

In the academic year 2021-2022, Dr. Sanger will be teaching at KNRTU under the Grant program of the Republic of Tatarstan government Algarysh. In his first class, professor introduced the Smart Materials Master’s (гиперссылка http://www1.kstu.ru/knrtu/article.jsp?id_e=120741) students to his 2-semester course in Project Management. Smart Materials master’s degree program fully taught in English was launched in September 2021. Dr. Sanger’s course is aimed at equipping students with skills necessary to successfully carry out projects in the real world, which include work breakdown, teamwork, conflict management and many others.
